#1) Pure Honey vs. Raw Honey

  • Raw Honey is honey that has not been heated or processed in any way. This means that it retains all of its nutrients and enzymes, making it more nutritious than regular honey. It also has a higher level of antioxidants, which can help to boost your immune system.
